Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order in which to return the purchased products.

How to return a product

1. Request your Return Materials Authorisation Code  (RMA) sending the withdrawal form, compiling all relative parts, to our Customer Care using the contact form or writing to customercare@maseratistore.com.
2. Customer Care will send you a confirmation e-mail with your Return Materials Authorisation Code (RMA) to be entered on the withdrawal form.
3. Insert a copy of the compiled withdrawal form in the package together with the product to be returned, and send the package to:

All articles must be returned intact, in perfect condition, with all labels and tags still attached and in their original packaging; articles must not be used, washed or damaged.
You shall settle all shipping costs and be responsible for all returned merchandise until the package reaches our warehouse. Check you have a shipping number and keep a copy of the bill of lading. Make sure you insure the shipped merchandise against possible misplacement.

Refunds
Refunds will be handled within 10 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. All returned merchandise shall be refunded using the same instrument used for the payment (credit card, debit card, paypal, etc.) or by bank transfer, net of any taxes or duties, as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date in which the merchandise reached our warehouse.

RETURN FOR NOT COMPLIANT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or unrequested product
, please contact Customer Care to request your Return Merchandise Authorisation Code  (RMA) sending the return form, compiling all relative parts, together with a photograph of the merchandise. Use the contact form or write to  customercare@maseratistore.com
Customer Care will send you a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to return the product and information on how to replace or request a refund.
